The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and having more or less similar allegation coaccused Rajesh Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 200 of 2014/G.R. Case No.3776 of 2014.
