2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj Nagar P.S. Case No. 581 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is alleged to have killed his wife.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant, who is the father of the victim has turned hostile and the petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that the informant of this case has turned hostile, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj / concerned Court below in connection with Gopalganj Nagar P.S. Case No. 581 of 2023.
