1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(1) For quashing the order dated 23.08.2022 passed in Vivid (Anganwari) Revision Case No.22/ 2021-22 by the court of learned Divisional Commissioner, Bhagalpur (respondent No.3) Annexure-5 by which rejecting the appointment of the petitioner and further directed to provisionally select the respondent No.8 namely Noorjahan after reverting the order dated 28.06.2021 passed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14776 of 2022(2) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 District Programme Officer, Bhagalpur passed in Vivid (Anganwari) Case No.37/2020-21 Versus (Karishma C.D.P.O. Sanhoula Kumari and another) by which directed the C.D.P.O. Sanhoulla issue selection letter in favour of the petitioner within two weeks (Annexure-4).

(ii) For that respondents a direction upon the to reinstate petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika at Centre No.35 Ward No.4 of Dhuabe Panchayat in Village- Sonael of Sanhoulla Block of Bhagalpur District alongwith entire consequential monetary benefits.

(iii) For quashing/setting aside the selection letter issue in favour of respondent No.8."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
