2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the FIR, the informant got the information that his daughter has been killed. It is further alleged that on 14.9.2022 itself his son in law had taken the deceased to her matrimonial house and it is suspected that all the accused persons, including this petitioner, committed the murder of daughter of informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. He further submits that petitioner is sister-in-law of the deceased, living separately and nothing to do

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57895 of 2023(2) dt.05-09-2023 2/2 with the occurrence and further the thrust of accusation is against the husband, who is in custody since 17/01/2023 (as stated in para-8 of the petition). Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pakaridayal PS case No. 228/ 2022, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
