JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State along with learned counsel for the informant.

Both the parties are unfortunate in the sense being spouses and are contesting since long. Informant-wife is insisting that she should be accommodated, but not at the cost of Bhabhi of petitioner.

That being so, if petitioner undertakes before the learned lower Court that he will not give undue privilege to his Bhabhi within the domain of his marital life as well as keep his wife and children in congenial atmosphere, then in that event, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.144 of 2016 (02) dt.11-05-2016 learned lower Court will release the petitioner on bail to its own satisfaction.

With the aforesaid observation, instant petition is disposed of.
