2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 265 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, some unknown criminals looted cash of Rs. 1,11,220/- and other articles from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused and he is in jail since 27.03.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has participated in the crime and they have partitioned the looted amount also and materials have come during

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58802 of 2024(4) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

6. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
