JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although, petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner and it is alleged that it was co-accused Gorelal Rai who shot at the deceased Dharo Rai. Moreover, some other co-accused having more or less similar allegation including Gorelal Rai, have already been granted bail by different Benches of this Court, Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua P.S.Case No. 244 of 2012.
