Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.24897 of 2018 on 04.05.2018 but the petitioner could not surrender in the court below on account of communication gap. The learned counsel prays for extension of time to surrender in the court below, i.e., CJM, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S.Case No.225 of 2016.

In the facts and circumstances, the prayer as made is allowed and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
