The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 621 of 2010 registered under Sections 498A and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep the victim along with her children with due dignity and honour.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Rachna Raj, Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Complaint Case No. 621 of 2010, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
