The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Arer P.S. Case No.55 of 2013 for the offence registered under Sections 420, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case is false and fabricated and the story that the petitioners were given money for procuring a job that the petitioners are wholly farfetched and mischievous.
