The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 302 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that as per F.I.R. itself, co-accused Kheshari Singh @ Raj Kumar Singh opened fire upon the husband of informant causing his death and so far as this petitioner is concerned, she is only alleged to be member of the mob and no overt act has been alleged against her. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the fact that petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of

No.67100 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 her arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Dalsingsarai, District Samastipur in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 58 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
