JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 I do not find that the petitioner has been able to make out a case for review of the order, dated 26.08.2014, passed in C.W.J.C. No.10905 of 2010, inasmuch as he has not been able to point out any error apparent on the face of the record or that certain some facts which could not be brought to the notice of this Court despite due diligence at the time of passing of the order, having bearing on the petitioner's case.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
