Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to advertisement dated 07.12.2016, respondent No 4 be directed to take a final decision in respect of the process of appointment of Class IV employees in the district of Bhagalpur considering the claim of the petitioners.

In view of the limited nature of prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal.

The petitioners may file their representation for consideration in terms of the said advertisement and if such representation is filed, respondent No 4 shall consider the petitioners' claim in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of.
