The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No.145 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation that the petitioners abducted minor daughter of the informant aged about 14 years on the pretext of marriage and the victim is traceless, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
