The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhawapur (Saharghat) P.S. Case No.49 of 2004, giving rise to S.T. No. 418 of 2016/42 of 2017, a case under Sections 452/376/511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

While refusing bail by the impugned order, the learned Court-below had directed for renewal of prayer after framing of the charge.

Submission is that charges have already been famed.

There is no reason why the prayer was not renewed before the learned Court-below itself. Hence, this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56904 of 2017 (4) dt.01-02-2018 P2/ application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to renew the prayer for bail before the Court-below. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
