KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in Amas P.S. Case No.38 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 465, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of taking Rs.60,000/- from the informant for sending him abroad and getting job there. It has been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner , above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gaya, in Amas P.S.Case No.38 of 2017. (S. Kumar, J) AnilKrSinha/- U
