2. Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 16.05.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 8590 of 2022 (Annexure - 1 to the bail petition).

3. The trial court report, which was called for vide order dated 08.09.2023, reveals that in this case, charge has been framed on 17.01.2022 and till the date of report of learned Addl. Sessions Judge 3rd, Purnea, only two witness have been examined, out of eleven prosecution witnesses. Petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2021.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let

No.57801 of 2023(4) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge 3rd, Purnia in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 203 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 175 of 2021.
