The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 429 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners were on bail, but they did not appear on 31.08.2009 and consequently their bail bonds were cancelled. The petitioners were declared absconder vide order dated 22.08.2013. The petitioners are in jail since 21.07.2015 and had already remained in jail for more than two months in a petty case. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.
