This Court earlier by order dated 20.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20005 of 2017 has rejected the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner and instead of surrendering before the court below, again effort has been made to grant him anticipatory bail. The same is rejected.

The petitioner must surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from today. Failure to surrender, the court below take coercive steps in ensuring the production of the present petitioner.
