JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offences punishable under sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Allegedly, 2 kgs 600 grams ganja was recovered from the bag of the petitioner and for that he is in custody since 22.06.2015 having no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge- Cum- Special Judge (N.D.P.S.), Katihar in Kursela P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015/ G.R. No. 1634 of 2015, subject to the conditions that one of the
