Petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of suspicion as well as confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner has specifically mentioned at paragraph-3 of the petition that he does not have any criminal antecedent but the learned Xth learned Additional Sessions Judge observed in impugned order that there was criminal antecedent of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/-
