For the Petitioner/s : Ms. Leelawati Kumari For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Bharat Bhushan ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This is an application for bail in connection with Aurangabad P.S.Case No. 183 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of Witch Practices Act.
FIR clearly shows that allegation against the petitioner is very heinous as he has committed cold blooded murder. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated due to enmity, which will appear from FIR and he is in custody since 3.6.2017.
Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for bail.
Having heard both sides and in view of facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50416 of 2017 (3) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, prayer for bail is rejected.
