JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for grant of arms license to the petitioner for which application was filed way back in the year, 2010 before the District Magistrate, Madhepura, however, in view of the enactment of the Arms Rules, 2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file a fresh application in the proper format for grant of arms license before the District Magistrate, Madhepura. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate application is filed in the proper

Patna High Court CWJC No.19667 of 2021(2) dt.13-10-2022 2/2 format, in accordance with the Arms Rules, 2016, within a period of four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Madhepura shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.
