Aggrieved by an order dated 29.04.2020 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-Licencing Authority, Begusarai, cancelling the petitioner's licence to run a Fair Price Shop under the Bihar Targetted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ application without availing remedy of appeal under the said order.
Considering the facts and circumstances, this writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.19450 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority. If he does so within four weeks from today with an application seeking condonation of delay, the appellate authority shall consider the same on its own merit and decide the petitioner's appeal accordingly within the period prescribed under the Control Order.
This application stands disposed of.
