Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.26764 of 2017, vide order dated 4.8.2017 with an observation to renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge in this case.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that now charge has already been framed in this case and petitioners are in custody for seven months and they are ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed upon them by this Court. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47821 of 2017 (2) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, in connection with Ramnagar P.S.Case No. 91 of 2017, subject to the conditions as follows :

(1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned,

(2) Petitioners will co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court and failure to appear on two consecutive dates without any genuine reason or without permission of court, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
