JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 24-11-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "That instant writ petition has been filed on behalf of above named petitioner for direction to the respondent authority to award Retail Outlet dealership of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation for the location at "within 2 km from Fatehpur Pithoura Chowk towards Narpatganj (PMRY Road)" in the district of Araria, under OBC category, in favour of petitioner as pursuant to Advertisement dated 17.11.2014, petitioner has applied for the said location and after scrutiny of application form and inspection of offered land by the Land Evaluation

Patna High Court CWJC No.19672 of 2021(4) dt.24-11-2022 2/2 Committee on 12.08.2016, draw of lot for selection on RO dealership was held on 12.04.2018, in which petitioner was declared selected for the said location but thereafter process for award of dealership in favour of petitioner has not been completed even after lapse of more than 7 years from the date of advertisement dated 17.04.2014 And/or to pass such other order/orders as Your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of this case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition for the same having rendered infructuous.
