The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kiul Rail P. S. Case No. 47 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation as alleged in the F.I.R that the petitioner and others looted away the Mobile and Rs.3,000/- in cash from the informant of the present case, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
