JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, the members of crowd disclosed the name of petitioner and some others. Moreover, in course of investigation, one co-accused also named the petitioner but having more or less similar allegation, some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S.case No. 174 of 2013.
