2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 105 liters of illicit countrymade liquor has been recovered from the spot and local villager named this petitioner and co-accused Badal, who are indulged in the trade of illicit liquor.

4. Earlier, vide order dated 09.04.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 17753 of 2025, the prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court considering the criminal antecedent of similar nature of petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner and has been made accused only on suspicion. He further submits that in this case, charge has already been framed against this petitioner on 21.11.2025. Petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2025.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the period of custody and the fact that charge has already been framed, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Spl. Court of Excise, Patna City (Patna) in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 133 of 2024.
