The petitioner seeks bail in Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 113/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have kidnapped the victim.

It is submitted that the victim was kidnapped by Arun Rajbhar. The victim disclosed that she went along with Arun Rajbhar but a false case is lodged. Arun Rajbhar has already been enlarged on bail on the ground of juvenility. The petitioner is mother of Arun Rajbhar.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44801 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Abhishek Kunal, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 113/2014.
