The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018 for offences under Sections 420, 472, 473, 474/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the FIR allegation is that on the pretext of marriage of his sister the petitioner and one Perwez Alam first shown some gold and a piece of idol pretending to be made of gold and took cash of Rs. 20,000/-. when the informant got it tested the idol was found to be made of brass. Subsequently the informant called Perwez Alam on the pretext of paying remaining amount of price and caught him with the help of villagers and handed over him to the police along with the said piece of idol.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62632 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently the parties have entered into compromise. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the fact that parties have entered into compromise, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Araria in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
