The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of writ, order, command, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground on the post of Clerk within a specified period. 3.

In counter-affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the respondent nos.6 & 7, it is stated that in regard of the appointment of petitioner on compassionate ground, the District Education Officer, Madhubani has forwarded the application

Patna High Court CWJC No.12594 of 2023 dt.20-04-2024 2/2 along with required relevant documents to the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga vide letter no.4321 dated 28.12.2023 in order to take further steps in accordance with law (Annexure-R/A of the counter affidavit). 4.

Considering this view of respondent nos.6 and 7, I direct the respondent no.4 to pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the production/receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
