JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-07-2015 If the factum of forged ANM registration certificate which was used for gaining employment by the petitioner cannot be disputed in unambiguous terms, then the reason for her dismissal is not required to be interfered with. It is not a matter of dispute anymore that her employment was obtained by using a forged certificate, which was not even validly issued by Bihar Nurses Registration Council. In the given facts and circumstances, coupled with the fact that adequate notice and opportunity was given to the petitioner, submission of the counsel that no proper enquiry was held is not a valid submission.
Writ application is dismissed as the impugned order does
