The petitioner seeks bail in Daniyawa P.S. Case No. 78/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 401, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Six persons were apprehended by the police and on search only mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. No arms and ammunitions were recovered from the possession of the petitioner Vivek Kumar.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K. Ratan, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna City, in connection with Daniyawa P.S. Case No. 78/2015.
