The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sursand P.S.Case No. 187 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation against the petitioner is recovery of 27 liter of Nepali Saufi wine from the possession of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and he in custody since three months. Further submission is that there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, the matter is disposed of with a
