The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.112C of 2018 for the offence under Sections 323, 354(B), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, they are student and pusuing their study. The learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner and the informant are neighbours and on account of the land dispute with the informant the entire family roped in the instant case.
