2. With the consent of the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

The petitioner, in the present writ application, has prayed for the grant of following reliefs:- "(i) For a direction to the respondent authorities specially Additional Chief Secretary Education Department, Bihar Patna and director Primary education New Secretariat Patna to direct to the District Education Officer Muzaffarpur and District Programme Officer (Establishment)
2/4 Muzaffarpur to post the petitioner as per granted choice of Block as Head Teacher in Block Kurhani in District Muzaffarpur, be issued (as contained at annexure P/6).
(ii) For a direction to the respondent authorities specially Additional Chief Secretary Education Department, Bihar Patna and director Primary to direct education New Secretariat Patna the District Education Officer Muzaffarpur and District (Establishment) Programme Muzaffarpur to Officer issue appointment letter to the petitioner as per granted choice of Block as Head Teacher in Block Kurhani, in District Muzaffarpur, be issued.

After advancing some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the aforesaid relief(s), the petitioner has submitted an online grievance on e-portal of the Bihar Education Project Council, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-P/14 and, at present, the same is pending before the District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued to the District Education Officer,
3/4 Muzaffarpur to dispose of the online grievance submitted by the petitioner on 17.01.2026 (Annexure-P/14), within a fixed time-frame, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
5. To the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State does not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of, directing the District Education Officer, Muzaffapur to pass necessary order, disposing of the online grievance submitted by the petitioner on 17.01.2026 (AnnexureP/14 within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
7. It is made clear that in case, the petitioner is found entitled to the relief(s) which the petitioner is claiming, then the same should be extended to the petitioner within a further period of one month from the date of disposal of the grievance of the petitioner.
8. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
