JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The stolen laptop is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner but the aforesaid seized laptop was not put on Test Identification Parade. Moreover, coaccused Chhotu Das having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted the privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, whereas the petitioner is in jail since 10.11.2014 without having any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 313/2014 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) S.Pandey/- U
