JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-07-2016 After some argument, Sri Prakash Mahto, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of Md. Ansarul Haque, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that the petitioners may appear before the court below and make a prayer regular bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that some of the accused persons have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court.

The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.

It goes without saying that if within six weeks,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28417 of 2016 (2) dt.27-07-2016 2/2 petitioners appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. The learned Magistrate may consider the fact that some of the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court.
