JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 29-10-2018 The petitioner seeks a writ in the nature of mandamus for constitution of an appropriate Division Bench in the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna. According to the petitioner, in absence of an appropriate Bench, the matter is pending consideration since last more than three years. We are of the view that the relief so prayed cannot be granted by this Court under the scheme of the things. This Court is empowered to examine any judgment or order passed by the Tribunal, but, exercises no supervisory jurisdiction on the Tribunal for directing constitution of Benches. In case the petitioner is feeling prejudiced by the delay in disposal of the matter, he would have to seek remedy within the provision of Central Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985, if so advised and in
