The petitioner seeks bail in Piprahi P.S. Case No. 78/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. He has clean antecedent. No T.I.P. has been held in this case.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence, in the evening, while informant was returning from Nepal with motorcycle, in the way four persons stopped him and snatched his motorcycle. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sheohar, in connection with Piprahi P.S.
