2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that the writ petition was filed during the COVID-19 Pandemic period and the petitioners are aggrieved that they were not paid their due salary since January 2013, who were appointed in the year 2010 and their appointment has not been questioned by any of the authorities. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioners are aggrieved by the action of the District Programme Officer (Establishment),

Patna High Court CWJC No.19660 of 2021(4) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 Darbhanga and they seek to file their individual representation before the District Programme Officer, Darbhanga for realization of their due salary for the period during which they have not been paid.

3. The representation of the petitioners are directed to be disposed of well within a period of six weeks.

4. With the above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
