In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.44 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 120(B), 188 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. In this case, altogether nine persons have been made accused on the ground that they are not submitting the folder of the teachers, who have been appointed as Panchayat Teacher.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though there is delay in submission of the folder, but the petitioners have submitted the folder of the teachers, falling in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28758 of 2016 (3) dt.28-07-2016 2/2 their area. He further submits that altogether 7 persons have been granted bail, save and except, the present petitioners. Looking to the nature of allegation and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.44 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
