Court under contempt Secretary, Minor Irrigation Department has passed order bearing Memo No. 350 dated 19.01.2015 holding that petitioner is not entitled for regularization in the light of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Uma Devi (2006) 4 Supreme Court Cases 1. In case, contempt petitioner is aggrieved by the order refusing regularization, he may assail the same in accordance with law.
