This Court had granted bail to the petitioner vide order dated 29.06.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 36753 of 2018 and directed the petitioner to surrender and seek bail within a period of four wees from the date of passing of the order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid order dated 29.6.2018 requires modification, making a prayer for extension of time for surrender.

In view of the above, the period of further four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and seek bail before the court below.

Accordingly, the order dated 29.6.2018 in Cr. Misc.
