The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 353, 414 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a), 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

5.750 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from the godown of co-accused Kaleshwar Paswan.

Petitioner has been made accused in this case simply because his motorcycle was parked near the place of occurrence. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks

No.56559 of 2022(2) dt.02-12-2022 2/2 from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Court - II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 129 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
