Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 474 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i) (x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

At the very outset, it has been submitted that in this case both parties have compromised the case and accordingly, a compromise petition has been filed which has been annexed as annexure-2 to this petition. It has also been submitted that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42283 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 occurrence has not taken place in public view, as such, no offence under the provisions of SC/ST Act is made out. Be that as it may, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail and in that case, the learned court below after ascertaining the genuineness of the compromise petition and after finding the same to be genuine, shall release the petitioners above named on bail on furnishing of bail bonds to its own satisfaction. Accordingly, this application for pre-arrest bail on behalf of the petitioners above named is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
