JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 02-02-2024 Heard Ms. Akansha Malvia, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Ms. Ritambhara Kumari, learned counsel who is representing the AAG -13.

2. CWJC No. 14156 of 2017 and its analogous case were disposed of on 03.08.2023.

3. A modification petition has been filed vide MJC No. 2425 of 2023 stating therein that though the licence number of the petitioner is 344/1999 (Annexure-4 of the petition), wrongly in the prayer portion of the writ petition it

Patna High Court MJC No.2425 of 2023(3) dt.02-02-2024 2/2 was incorporated as 393/1999, as a result whereof, the same was also find incorporated in the order sheet which caused prejudice to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, prayer has been made for modifying the number. Further it is the submission that the petitioner for the said mistake, will be depositing Rs. 1,000/- (one thousand) to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from today.

5. Learned State Counsel has no objection to it.

6. Taking into account the submissions put forward by the parties as also after perusing the Annexure-4, the order dated 03.08.2023 passed in CWJC No. 14156 of 2017 and its analogous case stand modified. The licence number be read as 344/1999 in place of licence no. 393/99. This is subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/- (one thousand) to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee and a report thereof has to be submitted with the office in two weeks.

7. MJC No. 2425 of 2023 stands disposed of.
