JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 07-02-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 437 of 2021, registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though there is allegation on the petitioner that he assaulted at the head of the informant by the butt of pistol, but there is no injury on his person, which transpires from the impugned order.
