Petitioner is accused in connection with Simultalla P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 201, 379/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of the written report of the informant Md. Gulab Sah, Simultalla P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 was instituted regarding the murder of his son, Daroga Sah. In course of investigation, the informant and witnesses pointed out the finger against the petitioner and 10 others mere on suspicion due to dispute relating to transaction of money in between the petitioner and others and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51425 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 the deceased. Except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner in the present case. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.06.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Simultalla P.S.
